Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
12 oz. jar chunky salsa
1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. chili pepper powder (optional)
2 c. crushed tortilla chips
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

In large skillet, cook beef and drain.
Add salsa, Miracle Whip, corn and chili powder and mix well.
In 2-quart casserole dish, layer meat, chips, cheese.
Repeat this sequence.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Can top with lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
