Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked squash
    1 carrot, finely grated
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 2-quart casserole. Mix stuffing with margarine, saving some for topping.
