Chicken In Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. white wine
Preparation

Shake chicken, flour and seasonings in a bag.
Brown chicken in oil. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Pour in wine. Add a little water. Cover and simmer until tender, about 45
minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
