Buttermilk Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. melted fat or oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cornbread, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Add buttermilk, eggs and fat or oil.
    Beat well.
    Fill a greased baking pan half full.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 (hot oven) for about 20 minutes until browned.
