Crab Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 to 1/3 c. light cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onions or chives
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crabmeat
    paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until tender. When cool enough to handle, halve potatoes lengthwise.
    Carefully scoop out pulp into a bowl, leaving a thin shell.
    Set shells aside.
    Beat or mash potato pulp with butter, cream, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Using a fork, stir in onions or chives and cheese.
    Gently mix in crab.
    Stuff potatoes shells; sprinkle with paprika.
    Return to oven for 15 minutes or until heated through. Serves 8.
