Meat Loaf With Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mix well.
Place in a greased loaf pan.
