Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked as directed and drained well
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Mix together the first 5 ingredients.
    Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of mixture.
    Top with the crushed crackers, mixed with the margarine.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
