Sweet Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 carrots
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 rounded Tbsp. sugar (brown sugar or granulated may be used)
Preparation
    Peel and cut carrots into 1-inch pieces.
    Place in saucepan of water.
    Cook until almost tender.
    Pour off water.
    Add butter and sugar to carrots.
    Place over medium heat.
    Stir constantly until carrots are glazed.
    Serve immediately.
