Sweet And Sour Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    1 tsp. salt
    vegetable oil
    1 c. cornstarch
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. red currant jelly
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut wings, rinse and dry.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Heat oil in large saucepan to 375\u00b0 on deep fry thermometer.
    Roll wings in cornstarch, then dip in egg to coat evenly.
    Deep fry 3 or 4 at a time until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Place in shallow baking pan.
