Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 cakes compressed yeast
    1 c. cold water
    6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over shortening; add sugar and salt.
    Blend and cool.
    Add eggs.
    Let stand in cold water 5 minutes, then add to mixture.
    Blend well.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Make into rolls 1 or 2 hours before baking at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Dough keeps 10 days in refrigerator.
