Grandmother'S Crustless Egg Pie(1940) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    3 large eggs
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, but don't beat.
    Grease pie pan and sprinkle with flour.
    Turn upward; flour will fall off.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
