16 oz. pumpkin
4 packets artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
8 oz. evaporated skim milk
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in bowl.
Pour into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0, then at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted into pie comes out clean.
