No Boil, Lower Fat Lasagne - cooking recipe

uncooked lasagne noodles
1 lb. ground turkey
15 oz. skim Ricotta cheese
1 lb. skim Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 jar Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown meat in skillet. Pour just enough spaghetti sauce to cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Add the rest to the browned meat with the water to heat on low.
Spread 1 layer of uncooked noodles with Ricotta. Add a layer of grated Mozzarella and then a layer of meat sauce.
Repeat until you have filled the baking dish.
Finish with a layer of noodles and a light covering of sauce.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Let set, uncovered, for 10 minutes before serving.
