Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lightly salted whipped butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    8 eggs
    6 Tbsp. sweet cream
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and flour alternately. Add cream and vanilla. Put into tube pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    This makes a large cake.
