Easy, Delicious Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar.
Pour into lightly greased spring-form pan (9-inch size). Reserve 5 tablespoons for topping.
