Ruby Raspberry Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. raspberry jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    15 oz. applesauce
    10 oz. frozen raspberries
    1 pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Prepare jello with boiling water and add applesauce and raspberries.
    Chill.
    Cut in squares.
    Serve on lettuce leaves. Top with softened cream cheese.
