Dutch Oven Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Blend ingredients thoroughly in a blender (except for butter).
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large cast-iron skillet.
Pour in batter and bake in hot oven until puffed and brown, about 25 minutes.
It will rise up like a giant popover.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with fruit and whipped cream.
