Pineapple Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. melted margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
    8 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Combine margarine, sugar, eggs and milk in bowl; mix well. Stir in pineapple.
    Cut bread into cubes.
    Layer half the bread and half the pineapple mixture in greased 2-quart casserole. Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Chill, covered, for 12 hours to overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown and bubbly.
    Yield:
    12 servings.
