One Pan Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

2 to 3 lb. thin pork chops
2 cans (14 oz.) Del Monte stewed tomatoes (Italian style)
1 onion
3 large potatoes

Preparation

In 9 x 13-inch glass pan, line the bottom of pan with pork chops.
Pour the cans of stewed tomatoes evenly over chops. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and assorted flaked Italian seasonings over mixture to taste.
Cut onion in thin rings and layer evenly over recipe.
Cut potatoes in thin slices and place edge first in between tomatoes and chops.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
