Spinach Pie I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (well drained)
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    8 Tbsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten (I use Egg Beaters)
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 shakes nutmeg
    Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into 9-inch uncooked Pet-Ritz pie shell. Generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Dot with butter and lightly sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes. May cover edges of pie crust with foil.
    Also good cold.
