Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising meal
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    3 eggs
    2 pickled jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients.
    Bake at 400 \u00b0 for 45 minutes. May be frozen uncooked.
