Double Layer Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
cracker crust
1 c. milk
2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Preparation

Mix all except crust, milk and pudding and spread in crust. Next, beat milk and pudding until well blended (2 minutes).
Mix well and pour over top of cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate 3 hours or more.
