Easy Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
parsley
Preparation

Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices.
Combine soup and wine and stir well.
Spoon sauce over chicken and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
Yields 8 servings.
