Asparagus Peking Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chicken stock
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus, cooked fresh asparagus or cooked frozen asparagus, drained
Preparation
    In a pan, heat oil, chicken stock, water, sherry, soy sauce and cornstarch.
    Stir constantly until it boils.
    Add asparagus; heat thoroughly.
    Serve hot.
