Granny'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium Winesap apples
5 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour, sifted (plain)
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. oil
4 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation

Chop the apples. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over the apples. Stir and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour in a greased and floured tube pan.
Layer batter, then apples, ending with apples on top.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
