Butterscotch Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bring to boil.
Boil for 1 minute.
Can be served hot or cold.
