Baked Chicken With Dressing(And Giblet Gravy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 or 6 lb.) baking hen
    1 lb. chicken livers and giblets (if desired)
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. onion
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread mix
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sage
    2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    2 qt. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb mix
    1 small cake corn bread, crumbled
Preparation
    Boil chicken in a large pot.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Remove chicken from broth.
    Add livers and giblets to broth and cook 20 minutes.
    Set aside.
