Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except cottage cheese, in a pot.
    Cook over medium heat until spinach boils.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cottage cheese and puree in blender.
    Return to pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
    (Can be frozen.)
