Caramel Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. sweet potatoes
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
about 2 c. milk
Preparation

In a 2-quart baking dish, peel sweet potatoes and slice into wedges.
Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Slice margarine and dot over potatoes.
Pour enough milk over potatoes to half cover potatoes (about 2 cups).
Place dish in center of preheated oven at about 275\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours or until potatoes have caramel covering potatoes.
