7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
5 eggs
3 c. flour
3/4 c. 7-Up soda

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add lemon and eggs, one at a time. Gradually add flour, alternately with 7-Up, beating until smooth. Pour into greased and floured tube pan or large loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
