Hot Curried Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves
1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Drain fruit in colander.
Melt butter and add brown sugar and curry.
Pour fruit into sugar mixture and stir to coat fruit. Place in glass baking dish and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 8.
