Yuki'S Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    8 oz. meat (uncooked chicken breast, pork or beef, sliced or chopped), about 1 c.
    1 medium size carrot (about 1/2 c.)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 medium size onion (about 3/4 c.)
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 c. green pepper
    2 cubes (2 tsp. powdered) chicken or beef bouillon
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Trim all fat from meat.
    Heat skillet to 350\u00b0 and add oil (this is a medium hot frying pan).
    Add chicken, quickly fry for 5 minutes.
    Add sugar and carrots and fry medium-high 3 minutes. Add onions and celery; stir and cook 2 minutes.
    Add green pepper and bouillon cubes (crush them in pan).
    Add soy sauce.
    Add cooked rice.
    Serves 4.
