Chicken Cordon Bleu Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or spread
    4 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
    4 thin slices low-fat ham
    4 thin slices low-fat Swiss cheese
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    In a glass baking dish, melt butter.
    Set aside.
    Between 2 pieces of plastic wrap, lightly pound chicken to flatten for even cooking; remove wrap.
    Place 1 slice of ham, then cheese on each breast.
    Start at narrow end and tightly roll up.
    Roll in flour, then in melted butter, then in stuffing mix to coat.
    Place in baking dish; cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 6 minutes, rotating dish after 3 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
    (Or bake, uncovered, in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.) Makes 4 servings.
