Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    juice of 1 lemon
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 heaping tsp. flour
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. coffee cream
    3/4 stick butter
    6 soda crackers
    milk
Preparation
    Add lemon juice to crabmeat, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
    Make a sauce over medium heat.
    Blend flour, mustard and small amount of milk.
    Add cream; cook until thick. Add melted butter; pour over crabmeat and pack mixture into shells.
    Mash crackers; mix with 1/4 stick melted butter and sprinkle on top of crabmeat.
    Bake in a hot oven (400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0) until brown.
