Ingredients

1 large box orange Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 large can apricots, drained
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. small marshmallows
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. apricot juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 pt. whipped cream
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add pineapple juice; cool.
Add apricots (which have been cut), pineapple and marshmallows.
Mix and let set until thick.
In top of double boiler, add egg, sugar, salt, flour and apricot juice.
When thick, add butter.
Cool.
Add whipped cream and fold in.
Put on top of Jell-O layer.
Chill.
