Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 yellow cake mix or white cake mix
Preparation

Layer first 4 ingredients in order in oblong pan.
Mix cake. Mix as directed on package and pour over rhubarb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
Turn upside down on platter or cookie sheet.
