Bean Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 basket butter green beans
    3 lb. white sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 sweet pepper, cut fine
    1/2 c. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    3 pt. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut beans as for table use.
    Boil not to done.
    Cook the following until thick and pour over beans which have been drained: sugar, mustard, flour, turmeric, celery seed, vinegar and sweet pepper.
    Put in hot canning jars and seal.
    Can use cold pack method.
