Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. corn flakes crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Combine the first 8 ingredients together in a large bowl; pour into a casserole dish. Mix corn flake crumbs with melted butter and spread on top of the potato mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-40 minutes. You may used reduced fat soup, sour cream and cheese.
