Barbecue Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. precooked rice
    1/2 c. extra hot catsup
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. green peppers
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Tear a 3 foot length 18-inch foil.
    Fold in half to make a square.
    Make a pouch of foil.
    Add all ingredients, except butter. Add mushroom liquid, too.
    Seal and place on grill over hot coals for 15 to 18 minutes.
