Flounder Flips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces of flounder, big enough to roll up
    1/2 lb. scallops
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    Worcestershire sauce
    lemon
Preparation
    If scallops are large, cut into quarters.
    Melt butter.
    With rolling pin, crush crackers.
    Put in bowl, add scallops, part of butter and 3 to 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce; mix together. Divide mixture into fourths and put into the middle of each fish piece.
    Roll up.
    Connect with a toothpick.
    Squeeze lemon into remaining butter.
    Pour over and bake at 350\u00b0 until done, 10 to 15 minutes.
