Strawberry Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 (16 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. hot water
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. mini marshmallows

Preparation

Drain strawberries; reserve 1/2 cup juice.
Combine gelatin, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Add hot water.
Stir until dissolved completely.
Add cold water and reserve juice.
Chill until partially set.
Add whipped cream, strawberries and marshmallows.
