Honey Mustard Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. rum
    4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (5 oz.) salmon steaks or a piece of salmon fillet
Preparation
    In a small mixing bowl, whisk the first 5 ingredients together.
    Brush both sides of the salmon.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours.
    Grill fish, turning once.
    When fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, it is done.
    Cooking time about 15 to 20 minutes.
