Mustard-Herb Marinade For Chicken Or Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
1/2 c. Chablis wine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Italian spice
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. tarragon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order given with wire whisk until very well blended.
Cover 2 to 3 pounds fish or chicken with marinade and marinate a minimum of two hours.
Better if marinated overnight, even up to 24 hours.
Cook over charcoal or on a gas grill and brush with remaining marinade while grilling until done. Serves 6 to 8 people.
