Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. whole kernel corn
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Place margarine in dish with onions and peppers.
    Cook until onions are white.
    Add other ingredients; mix well.
    Top with grated cheese or thin slices of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until it is hot through and bubbles.
