Teacher'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. chopped or coarsely grated apples*
