Mexican Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 c. grated American cheese
    2 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. Ro-Tel brand tomatoes with chilies
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add green pepper and onion.
    Cook until soft. Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Mix corn and egg; add to cheese mixture.
    Add all other ingredients and heat thoroughly.
    Serve on toast with crisp slices of ham or bacon.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
