Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. presifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange cupcake liners in cupcake tins. In small bowl, blend cheese, egg and sugar until smooth.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Sift together remaining sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
    Stir in water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat until smooth.
    Fill cupcake liners 1/3 full with chocolate batter.
    Spoon cheese mixture on top.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
