Green Beans With Mushrooms And Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh green beans
    2 tsp. margarine
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 c. quartered fresh mushrooms
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash beans; remove ends.
    Arrange in steamer basket; place over boiling water.
    Cover and steam 12 minutes.
    Remove beans and place in a single layer on paper towel to cool.
    Melt margarine in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray.
    Add mushrooms and garlic; cook 3 minutes.
    Add beans, onion powder, salt and pepper; toss gently.
    Cook until thoroughly heated.
    Yields 8 servings.
