Zucchini Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated zucchini
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna or crabmeat
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together and put in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown, or when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serve with salad.
