Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large hot onion, chopped
    1 lb. pkg. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 small cans enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. soft corn taco shells
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    In small\tamount\tof oil, fry taco shells until heated (a few seconds
    on
    each
    side). Dip shells in enchilada sauce and fill each
    shell with ground beef, grated cheese and onion.
    Roll shell and place
    in\t9
    x 13-inch baking dish.
    Repeat until all shells
    are\tfilled and pour remaining
    sauce
    over enchiladas.\tTop
    with
    remaining cheese and onion.\tBake at 425\u00b0 until heated,
    about
    20
    minutes.
